How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who reach out to Districtskicked Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what happens next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- A call or message you had with Districtskicked Floor Coating
- The way your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a coating job, begin by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Districtskicked Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or speak for a provider.
What to Put in Your Message
Email contact@districtskicked.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and the outcome you would like
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
